Refund Policy
At Felishe Beauty, we want you to feel confident with every purchase.
Our refund policy is valid for the first 30 days from the date of delivery. To complete your return, we require proof of purchase or your order confirmation email.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund request.
If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days.

- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card provider or payment company, as it may take additional time before your refund is officially posted.

Return Shipping Costs
• Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund amount.
• Felishe Beauty does not provide prepaid return shipping labels. Customers are responsible for arranging their own return shipment.

• Depending on your location, the time required for exchanged products to reach you may vary.
• For returns of higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you quickly.
